The Liberal Party has the numbers in the Lower House to pass the present Bill into law.
This law takes away the implied right to political communication. It takes away democracy from people who have the right to have a voice and say about political decisions.
Has anyone told our state political leaders that we are not living in Stalin's Russia; for the Bill mirrors a dictatorship process which belongs to another century.
The Bill shows that Hodgman's Liberal Party has been captured once again by the big end of town, and is now in a position to trample the rights of all citizens of Tasmania and Aborigines.
A very sad state of affairs.
