Webb finished on 63 from 49 balls and combined in a good partnership with opening partner Belinda Wegman – the pair hitting 70, off six overs.
Wegman scored 39 from 20 balls before falling to Launceston bowler Madeleine Chick who was the best of the Lions attack with figures of 4-16, off four overs of legspin.
Ebony Barrenger contributed 25 not out in an all-round effort from the South batting line-up, which finished on 6-172.
Launceston openers Rhianne Hack and Chick put together a 30-run partnership at the start of their run-chase before Chick fell to Wegman.
Dana Lester and Hack put on a 23-run partnership before Hack was run out by South’s Georgie Palmer off her own bowling.
Launceston’s best batter was Mikeyla Binns who smashed a quick 25 not out but despite her 29-run partnership with Victoria Geale, it was not enough with the side managing 4-108, in reply.
RIVERSIDE took on an improving Mowbray at Riverside with captain Stephanie Carr sending the visitors in to bat.
Simone Mitchell and Belinda Hancock combined well in an 88-run partnership after Mowbray lost opener Michaela Hutchins to a run-out in the first over by Rav Petrap.
Riverside bowler Michelle Gibbons then dismissed Hancock for 45 and claimed Caitlin Finch the next ball for a duck to be on a hat-trick, but Mowbray’s Cassie Blair successfully blocked the hat-trick ball.
Carr eventually claimed the wicket of the defiant Mitchell for 22 as the Eagles finished at 4-103.
Carr and Sam Cotton opened the Riverside innings with Carr smashing 60 not out to record her third successive half-century.
Peta Pyke picked up the only wicket to fall – that of Cotton for 11, as Carr and Petrap saw Riverside to victory, chasing down Mowbray’s total in 12 overs to finish on 1-104.
