While Craggy has been a 22-year dream of mine and is fair to say has cost me enormously financially and sadly in health, it has been worth everything.

We need more eco sustainable developments that create not just sustainable jobs, but must promote Tassie's clean-green image and as we are now operating in a truly global community of which China has a large and growing role to play, we must welcome Chinese capital investment.

Yes with caution, but welcome as Tasmania does not have the internal capital to fund everything that is required to get Tassie up and humming to its full potential.
