Ms Rattray said that year 12 student Gemma James won champion handler in the 17-19 age group.
``Her little brother Duncan, 11, repeated the feat in the 9-12 age group,'' she said.
``They've both placed really well at previous shows as well - they both won at Westbury last week too, so they're doing really well.
``We had a really good placing on the Friday - a first place with a Quarterway Angus heifer, owned by Trevor Hall and a second place with our school stud's Stronach View heifer.
``We had a team of 12 cattle at Scottsdale - a couple of little cross-bred calves, our Dexters ... and a Simmental, with a team of about 18 students from grade five to 12.''
Ms Rattray said that Scottsdale gave the handlers a chance to show off their breeders' cattle locally.
``It's one of the most affordable shows we go to - the show society has managed to keep lots of sponsorship in the cattle area so entry fees are really quite affordable for us and they also supply bedding,'' she said.
``It's a great little show.''
