The PANAMA festival announced one-time-Hobart-living artist Courtney Barnett at the top its second announcement, alongside #1 Dads, singer-songwriter Darren Hanlon, and Brisbane's The John Steel Singers.
The festival will be held at the Lone Star site at Golconda in the state's North-East on the March long weekend.
Tickets are limited to 1000, and those who attended the inaugural event will be given ticketing preference.
Tickets go on sale on December 1.
