Playing the highly fancied East Launceston pair Chris Dudman and Peter Zoon, the country composite team scored three on the last end to snatch the match by one solitary point.
The other semi-final was won by Trevallyn pair Luke Patterson and John Seaton, who comfortably defeated North pair Ray Boutcher and Geoff Davis 23-11.
In tricky windy conditions, Morris took the jack into the ditch with his first bowl of the last end.
From there it was practically impossible for Zoon or Dudman to win the end.
Their job was to get second but the country pair drew two more to ensure the unlikely victory.
Goss got to the semi-final by way of a bye, while Dudman defeated David Quarrell and Brad Haley (East Launceston) in his quarter final 19-17.
In the other quarters, Boutcher won his game against Trevallyn’s Geoff Buchanan 23-11 while Patterson won an absolute nail-biter against the East Launceston brothers Will and Sam Springer 22-21.
This quarter saw Patterson score a five on the 21st and last end to tie the scores 21 all.
The payoff end saw Patterson draw the absolute with the last bowl of the match.
The grand final will be played at Kings Meadows on December 7.
