LAUNCESTON'S WEATHER FORECAST: Light showers could cross the city during the morning and afternoon. Today's temperature is expected to hit a high of 22 degrees. Winds are light, becoming west to northwesterly, and about 15 to 20km/h, and easing in the late evening. There is a high fire danger today. From 9.10am to 4.50pm, there is a very high UV index alert.
