A new president and several new officers will take charge of the chamber, following an election earlier this month.
Long-time Orford resident Denis Bignold has been appointed new chamber president, replacing outgoing president Debbie Wisby.
Retired police officer Michael Fama has been named vice-president and will also take on the role of infrastructure chairman.
Former Royal Guide Dogs for the Blind Association of Tasmania chief executive Tony Wright has been named treasurer, while the position of secretary remains vacant.
John Cole-Cook is tourism chairman and David Kirk is events and festivals chairman.
Mr Bignold said he would do things differently as president.
"Based on recent voting it would seem that our members, and residents of the area, are eager for a business-like approach to the future and we are eager to attract investment and increase the job prospects in the area," he said.
Mr Bignold said collective work between the chamber of commerce and the Glamorgan Spring Bay Council would be key to the region's future success.
"I am looking forward to working with our new Mayor Michael Kent, a very experienced businessman, other council members, as well as local business to continuing to develop opportunities in Orford and Triabunna."
