SYDNEY - South Australia ended its unhappy domestic one-day cup campaign with a 37-run win over Tasmania at North Sydney Oval, but it failed to secure the two bonus points it needed to avoid the wooden spoon.

Record-breaking Tasmanian opener Ben Dunk (92) once again top-scored, on his return to the venue where he hit the first double century in Australian domestic one-day cricket last Saturday.
However, it was SA bowler Kane Richardson who proved to be the star, taking 4-48 off his 10 overs, including three top-order batsmen.
Tasmania ended its 50 overs on 9-258, leaving South Australia with its first win of the campaign.
Four SA batsmen made significant contributions, but none were able to go on and make a big score, with the Redbacks eventually dismissed in the final over of their innings for a healthy 295.
Tom Cooper top-scored with 72, while returning opener Andrew McDonald also cracked a half-century (53).
Travis Head and Alex Ross both scored 44, but the middle order failed to fire on the small confines of North Sydney Oval, as the Redbacks lost three wickets for just four runs at one stage.
Hamish Kingston, Xavier Doherty and Evan Gulbis each claimed three wickets for Tasmania.
