The Hawks will use their first home game at Aurora Stadium to unfurl their flag to the Launceston crowd, just as they did earlier this year.
That took place before the round 1 twilight match against Brisbane with an official unfurling ceremony in front of a crowd of 12,430.
It was the first time that an AFL premiership flag had been unfurled in Tasmania.
The flag had been earlier chaperoned to the ground from the City Park as part of the Hawk Walk.
Hawthorn's Aurora Stadium fixtures for 2015 are yet to be released, but it has been revealed that it will play Geelong in round 1 on Easter Monday at the MCG.
Reports yesterday also indicated the reigning premiers would play Essendon at the MCG in round 2.
This year they hosted the Lions, West Coast, Gold Coast and the Western Bulldogs in Launceston.
The 2015 AFL fixture will be officially released next Thursday.
