Some great nights of comedy coming up in three locations in this state, including the likes of Barry McLeod, Gary Bradbury and the Nelson Twins.

BATTLE OF THE BANDS
WHAT: Pipers Brook Unearthed in the Vines.
WHERE: Pipers Brook Vineyard, from noon until 4.30pm.
HOW MUCH: $10.
Local music talent will compete at this event for $1000, a gig in a local venue and to have their song played in local radio.
Taking part will be The Examiner's Falls Foster band Paper Souls, The Georgies, Urisne, The Gossip and The Fear, Phil and Matt, The Bell Bouys and Matthew Dames.
