The event will be opened by Northern Midlands Mayor Kim Polley and will feature entertainment from the Longford Community Singers after judging the top blooms.
The club has been conducting activities to celebrate its milestone anniversary all year, but the spring show is one to watch, according to garden club publicity officer Leonie Dennison.
Mrs Dennison said gardeners were no doubt anxious to keep their entries well maintained ahead of the judging day.
"The . . . club's annual Spring Flower Show is only weeks away, so it is time for all the green thumbs in the Northern Midlands to plan to have their favourite blooms looking their best for the weekend," Mrs Dennison said.
"Specialty growers and novices alike are hoping for favourable weather to keep entries in top condition.
"However, sneaky spring showers and mean little winds could make us all nervous, as in previous years."
She said the club had also appointed its new executive for 2014-15 with patron Lee de Bruyn, president Ross Bishop, secretary Pamela Coleman and treasurer Evelyn McNeair.
Mrs Dennison said new members were welcome, for more information call Mrs Coleman on 6391 1663.
