The band, led by bandmaster Brian Ellis, will perform a range of popular music, rousing marches and other brass band music.
Experienced singers Joe Di Sario and Kerry Ellis will provide vocals for the band.
Lifelong trumpet and cornet player Ray Veevers, who has been in the West Tamar Band since 1980, will feature as a soloist.
The West Tamar Band has also been invited to perform at the Festival of Roses at Woolmers Estate on November 16.
The band will perform a different range of tunes at its second appearance.
