School farm co-ordinator Kylie Rattray said the camp would be held at 81 North Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale.
"An 11.30am beef breeders' forum will follow a tour of the facilities at about 11.10am," Ms Rattray said.
"Keynote speaker, Scottsdale cattle handler Alice Hall will address the forum for 15 minutes before the 12.30pm lunch break.
"Three different workshops will take participants to afternoon tea, followed by a fourth workshop, at 3.45pm, back to the school accommodation and the 6pm dinner, at the farm.
"Friday's activities start with cattle preparation for the 9am show, at 6.30am and breakfast, at 7.30am.
"Lunch will follow at noon and be followed by show presentations at 12.30pm."
Participants will start to make their way home about 1pm.
