Hillwood battled gamely, but coming from an elimination final to reach the grand final took its toll and the Parrots were simply too good in the 15.8 (98) to 9.6 (60) victory.
Josh Allen had a great game kicking six goals for the Parrots with Mark Miller bagging four, Ron Smith three and Ren Claxton two.
Bridgenorth senior coach Michael Bowden was voted best player on the ground and was the recipient of the Graeme Khan Medal.
Damon Lack, Luke Holwell, Patrick Mackrell, Allen and Claxton were the other good performers for the Parrots.
Nathan Lewis booted five goals for the Sharks.
Tim Wheeler, Matthew Stokes, Harrison Miller, Elliot Barnes, Ben Harris and James Lee were Hillwood's best players.
