NEFU president Leon Quilliam said that action would start at 9.30am when Winnaleah and Scottsdale Crows clash in the under-16 premiership match.
‘‘The reserves’ final starts at 11.45am and features Branxholm and the East Coast Swans,’’ he said.
‘‘The Bridport and Branxholm under-13 teams will play a 20-minute game at half-time in the reserves match—we saw it as a great opportunity for the little fellas to have a run around on grand final day.
‘‘The seniors’ grand final kicks off at 2.15pm between Branxholm, who have been dominant all year, and East Coast Swans who upset Winnaleah on Saturday to make the final.
‘‘Winnaleah and Scottsdale Crows’ under-13s will play at half time in that match.
‘‘The winners of each of the under-13 matches will present the medals to winning players in their respective matches.’’
Mr Quilliam said that he expected Branxholm to prevail in the seniors.
‘‘Mind you, if East Coast Swans play with the intensity they showed on Saturday, it could be a close game,’’ he said.
‘‘I think it will be very close in both the under-16s and reserves finals.’’
