Hillwood coach Max Pearce declined to name the players but said his side faced a tough challenge against an in-form Rocherlea.
"They've been in pretty good form in their last couple of games - they beat Deloraine and last week I watched them against George Town and they kicked 30 goals so they are up and about," Pearce said.
The Sharks go into the game coming off a bye and a last round loss to Bracknell which Pearce described as "a terrible performance".
"Bracknell kept the pressure on us all day and I don't think we showed them enough respect. We will have to show Rocherlea some respect or we will have the same result," he said.
The Sharks have beaten the suburban Tigers convincingly both times this season but Pearce said that finals were a different ball game.
"I think we've got to move the ball a lot quicker than we have been and I've been toying with the idea of leaving out a couple of talls and going with a bit more pace," he said.
ROCHERLEA coach Andrew Philpott said the Sharks would start favourites but the Tigers were looking forward to having another crack at them.
"Past results don't count on the day and it all comes down to four quarters but they've got quite a good team and I respect them highly," Philpott said.
"I'm really happy with the effort we put in against Deloraine and that was a real turning point for us.
"I've pretty much got my best team together at the moment and they showed that last week to kick 30 goals and have 48 shots, so as far as form goes, there are no excuses and we're playing well at the moment."
Philpott said his side would have to run to beat the Sharks, work hard in the middle and be accountable around the ground.
"We'll have to run like we've never run before and I think we can beat them with our leg speed to be honest.
"They're good users of the ball and like to take off but I think we can too."
Philpott said there was a good buzz and feeling around his group and they did not want to finish their season yet.
Jordan Cousens and Andrea Miar should return to the line-up.
