Bayles and Bond both brought up their 100th games for the club recently.
Bayles joined the club in 2009 while Bond began his career earlier in 2006 but spent three seasons away while working on the mainland.
``In an era where player transfers are increasing at an alarming rate Old Scotch is fortunate to be bucking the trend,'' Old Scotch spokesman Geoff Price said.
``It is players like these that provide the foundations on which the club is built.
``This is by far the most players Scotch have had in one year to achieve this target but it may well be challenged next season when we have another seven or eight players in line to reach milestone games.
``We are proud to have such dedicated players in our ranks.''
Price said the Thistles wanted to also acknowledge their best and fairest winners for 2014 with Dan Ellis taking out the senior award and Alex Downie the reserves winner after both had outstanding seasons.
