The town’s football club will raise its glasses on Saturday as it brings in its successes from 2004 to 2014, starting with lunch at its final home game for the season.
Mole Creek Football Club president Corey Wells said finger food, cheap drinks and a barbecue lunch would be provided at the Mole Creek grounds on the day.
‘‘This is the last round of our roster and we will be playing against our arch enemy Railton,’’ Wells said.
‘‘So come along and have a catch up with your premiership team-mates, share in some of the stories of those years, and support the boys playing on the day.’’
He said the club had won six premierships in the past 10 years and would also hold a karaoke night to celebrate.
‘‘Also that night we are doing a Team of the Last Decade, which coincides with the same amount of time we have been in the Leven Football Association, 2004 to 2014,’’ Wells said.
‘‘We have been so successful that we have won in six premierships across those years, and thought it would be a nice way to recognise our achievements by naming a team for that time.’’
