The field is stacked in each division, with clubman light, clubman heavy, junior clubman, super heavy and over 40 clubman pro events to make up the day's proceedings.
Clubman light looks again to be very closely contested with any one of six drivers capable of winning.
Defending champion Nathan Zuj, of Launceston, will be the favourite and will be keen to add to his four previous wins in the event.
Two-time winner and fellow Launcestonian Daimon Shelton will head the list of drivers that will be keen to defeat Zuj, along with Hobart's Brad Hobden, Gemma Wyllie and local kart club members Callum Mitchell and Aaron Duffey.
Clubman heavy looms as a great contest with defending champion Troy Stone, of Launceston, keen to stamp himself as the best clubman heavy driver in the state.
However the talent of drivers in this class is second to none at the moment, reigning Tasmanian ?champion Brody Appleby, of Spreyton, will be at the pointy end determined to add a clubman cup to his trophy cabinet.
Michael Jones, Alastair Lee and former winners Zane Wyatt, Aiden Shelton and Jamie Bricknell will be hell-bent on ?taking a cup home for themselves.
Clubman super heavy also looks like a promising class, with Hobart's Samm Harrington and Burnie's Jeremy Green the two to beat.
The junior clubman field may be light on in numbers, but the ?drivers are the future of karting in this state.
Launceston's Justin Murphy and Hobart's Zevie Eisentraut are capable of taking the win, but will be pushed by Andrew Lee, of Launceston and another Southerner, Lachlan Newman.
Over 40 clubman pro has a trio ?of Launceston members led by ``The Chicken King'' Freddy Cocca.
Cocca will see tough opposition from Helen Gibson and Launceston Kart Club president Mark Mitchell.
Racing starts at 9am on Sunday, August 3.
