The duo have come together to tour together across the country, as well as taking it across the ditch.
"I think that we're going to switch back and forth from who is the headliner in each show, and then at the end we'll do half a set together," Pool told X-static.
"I've known Marlon's manager [for a while], who mentioned the prospect of a tour together was discussed.
"We did a show and got along well, but then did these videos together and realised we both really gel musically.
"We both want to showcase what we do separately, but also have some fun together.
"I have to look at the shows with the perspective that there will be people there to see Marlon and people there to see me and people there to see both of us together.
"That's what will make it work though, as Marlon and I will attract the same sort of attentive audience."
This will be the first time that Pool will have been on a tour such as this, but she is not feeling nervous about its outcome.
"We do have to spend a lot of time together on the road, so I do know that I'll get to him quite well, but it will be fine as I'm used to touring and being around people like that," she said.
Pool said she would be aiming to be relatable to her audience.
"So people to listen to songs and listen to lyrics and go `yeah, I was feeling that once as well' and that they can make their own interpretation of it and make it their own," she said.
"It has always been a goal to have that sort of influence."
The duo will bring the show to Launceston's Royal Oak Hotel tomorrow.
