Devonport's annual celebration of that music genre known as jazz kicks off today. The Devonport Jazz Festival will feature more than 40 events across the four days. Highlights include Australian jazz legend Vince Jones, Portuguese artist Melissa Oliveira, the Western Australian Youth Jazz Orchestra and Tasmania's own King Cake.
