Ms Adams made the trip North for the race day, which raised about $20,000 for breast cancer awareness.
Tasmania Breast Cancer Foundation has now raised more than $220,000 since the Think Pink Cup's inception in Hobart seven years ago.
Ms Adams said she was impressed by the number of Tasmanians who made the journey from throughout the state to attend the race day.
``My highlight was the number of people who came together for this event,'' she said.
``The people created a fabulous event.''
The day wasn't without some horse play however, following Volcanic Sky's Think Pink Cup victory.
``We were selling horse balloons and one escaped,'' Ms Adams said.
``The horse was last seen flying over Mowbray.''
