The 15-year-old was selected after representing Tasmania in the national titles in Sydney last October, becoming one of only 20 players chosen for the national under 15-16 team.
Turner was chosen to represent Tasmania last year after his Prospect High School team won the Northern competition.
The trip will see the Australian team play some of Brazil's top school and club ?teams, receive high-level coaching and tour some of the World Cup stadiums.
Turner said that while the trip would be futsal-intensive, there would be opportunities to explore.
``We play a lot of games against the club teams over there, and we train at the top-level training grounds with the high-level coaches, and we go around sightseeing for a couple of days,'' Turner said.
The team will also attend a game of the Brazilian Campeonato, and meet some current and former players.
Turner has been playing futsal for three years, and soccer for six.
He is looking for sponsorship to help fund the trip.
