Police say the man carried the black down-stuffed jackets out of Kathmandu in Elizabeth Street about 2pm yesterday.

He left in a car that was waiting on Bathurst Street.

The jackets were worth about $2100.

Police have asked for anyone who may have seen the incident to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Constable Elise Clark of Glenorchy Police on  (03) 6230 2777, quoting offence report number 491413.
