A 20-year-old George Town man has been charged in relation to a spate of arson and property damage, that took place this week.

The damage includes running down a number of streets signs in the George Town area, running over of a phone box in Low Head and deliberately running into a parked car.
The man has also been charged with setting fire to a shack and a farm building in the George Town area, with a combined damage bill of about $60,000.
Police said the damage took place between Wednesday and yesterday.
The man has been bailed to appear at a later date.
