THE Western Storm's six state team representatives had to keep a lid on post-match celebrations following Tasmania's victory over the NEAFL on Saturday as their focus turned immediately to the Foxtel Cup semi-final against West Perth at Patersons Stadium tomorrow night.

Storm coach Mitch Hills and teammates Bart McCulloch, Will and Matt Hanson, Jay Blackberry and Thane Bardenhagen face a very short three-day turnaround after the state game before fronting up to take on the Falcons on their home turf.
Hills admitted his side would again go into the contest as underdog against the reigning WAFL premier.
``They're a really quality side but we will just be looking to give another competitive effort for as long as we can,'' Hills said.
``We've been able to put a bit of time into researching them and get some vision and intel from some people we know over there.
``We've passed on some info about their players but once again you don't actually know the side they are going to put out there until the day before the game.
``Their midfield is really strong and across half-back with six or eight guys who have been on AFL lists including Shane Nelson who runs through the middle and is one we will have to watch if he plays.''
Hills said having only a three-day recovery made it difficult for the state reps but he believed they were professional enough to do everything necessary to get their bodies right for the game.
``I'm sure they will come up for the game and they will be really important for us going into the game and we'll need their good form to be any chance.
``The rest of the group had the luxury of the weekend off and will be fresh and we have a full list to choose from and the boys are excited about going over.
``We really feel that we got a lot out of that Adelaide trip earlier in the year and it set up our year and we've come on as a side since then.
``We hope to get a similar feeling and result out of this game and set up the back end of our year.''
The Storm will leave for Perth this morning and return on Wednesday night.
The game will be televised on Fox Footy tomorrow from 8.30pm.
