The showground wool shed was the centre of activity - hosting shearing, wool judging and champion sheep displays.
Visitors were greeted by the familiar smell of the country - sheep manure, hay and the faint waft of wood smoke from 44 gallon drums.
The show doesn't boast the usual big-name rides as its other regional counterparts, leaning more toward an emphasis on the town's proud merino history.
Campbell Town show is the place to be for all things wool - from sheep to fashion designers and producers.
