21 years jail for Christmas Day killer
Adrian Wayne Smillie has been jailed for a minimum of 12 years for the Christmas Day 2012 stabbing murder of Benjamin Murray Maxwell.

The 34-year-old stabbed Mr Maxwell 18 times in the chest and back in Devonport.
Smillie also wounded Ashley Stott by stabbing him during the altercation.
Today in Launceston's Supreme Court via video Justice Stephen Estcourt ordered Smillie serve a maximum of 21 years' jail for murder and wounding.
