Not guilty plea in sex assault case
Tristan Andrew Tuthill, 27, appeared in Launceston Magistrates Court earlier today.
Mr Tuthill's lawyer, Emily Judd, entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf.
Ms Judd successfully applied for two charges of assault with indecent intent be adjourned until a time to be fixed.
Magistrate Simon Brown committed Mr Tuthill to the Supreme Court in Launceston and adjourned the case to July 21.
