Asian cooking with Margaret Brooks:
Sevenweek course attend all weeks or as you are available. The dishes are simple, quick and tasty. All are meat based but can be adapted for vegetarians.
Margaret has had more than 10 years experience cooking Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Malay cuisines and is looking forward to passing on her knowledge to you.
Cost $10 per session, which includes recipe and lunch.

Gluten-free flours, breadmaking and baking with Mary Jane Gerson:
To be held at Deloraine House from 11am to 2pm on Thursday, May 22.
Mary Jane is a qualified chef who has been experimenting with and perfecting glutenfree baking for many years. Find out how to cook gluten free for yourself and avoid expensive commercial products. Bookings essential.
Cost $10, which includes recipes, gluten free lunch and bread samples.
Certificate 2 Community Services:
Elevenweek course, no charge, will also help you develop your work and study or training goals for the future.
Specially developed for people who may not feel confident with formal study or online courses.
The course will be held on Friday, May 23, from 9.30am to 2.30pm.

Emergency Relief:
Food vouchers are available on a twomonthly basis on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 4pm.
Some nonperishable and frozen food is usually available on an as needed basis.
Get Walking groups:
Walking in a group is great for your heart, a good way to meet people and motivating to form a healthy habit.
Everyone walks at their own pace, no pressure.
Deloraine group meets at Deloraine House every Tuesday at 10am.
