A question taken on notice at the March meeting inquired about permits for the Regent Square-based development.
Acting general manager Dino de Paoli will produce dates for the building and plumbing permits, which were issued on April 4 and 5 respectively.
Residents against the development - which would incorporate a LINC, child and family centre and Service Tasmania, including Centrelink - were irritated when large barricades appeared around the heritage-listed site in February.
A separate question on notice to the council requested copies of documented reference and discussion about alternative sites for the hub.
"Council staff have spent some time researching this matter through our filing system and unfortunately were unable to locate any documents presented to Council which would categorically answer the questions you have asked," Mayor Roger Broomhall wrote in response.
The George Town Council will also discuss implementing an averaged area rate at its meeting.
Meanwhile, the West Tamar Council will meet today at Beaconsfield and is set to discuss a funding application from the Deviot Community Association, which requested $85,000 to upgrade Deviot Hall.
The community services manager noted in the agenda that the request for funding was "outside the traditional scope of council".
