The fourth Meander Valley Pink Endurance Ride will next month be held by Tasmanian Equine Endurance Riders Association in support of breast cancer research.
Ride organiser Jen Clingly last week said they were anticipating about 150 riders to take part in the May 17 event.
"We raised $500 last year," Ms Clingly said
"There'll be riders of all ages - we'll have a junior division, light, mid and heavy weights, there were about 80 participants at our last one."
A percentage of rider entry fees and raffle contributions from the 80-kilometre event will be donated to Cancer Council.
Ms Clingly said attendance at the event was often high, due to the nature of its cause.
"Cancer is something that affects everyone in some way, whether they've suffered themselves or lost a loved one," she said.
"We'd like to thank all of our amazing volunteers, landowners and the whole Meander community for their support," she said.
