Players from Hobart, Launceston, the North-West Coast and the North-East region have been selected in the state teams.
The competition starts on Monday and continues until Saturday.
``On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday both teams play two games each day, which is a tough ask for all the states,'' 19 and under team manager Narelle Cameron said.
``As always Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland are tough competitors and the players will need to be at their fittest to compete against these teams.''
Both teams have been training in preparation for the national championships since February with under-17 coach Andrew Jackson and assistant Alicia Sargeant and the under-19 coach Erin Baker and assistant Shane Fish.
Cavaliers player and national talent identification squad member Kelsie Rainbow was forced to withdraw from the 19 and under team with an injury but will attend the championship as part of the support staff.
