NORTHERN Rangers had a 4-1 win in the Launceston derby against Launceston City.
City took a 1-0 lead courtesy of captain Nathan Bartlett but Nick Lanua-Atkinson levelled the score to make it 1-1 at half-time.
Rangers pulled away after the restart with two goals to English import Adam Edwards and a single to Aiden Rigby.
Tilford Zebras' new signing Joel Stone opened the scoring against his old side Devonport City when he shot into the left in the 26th minute.
Zebras had to wait until the 80th minute to add to their lead when Dwayne Walsh scored and the game ended 2-0.
Defending champions South Hobart had an 8-1 win against Glenorchy Knights on Friday with strikers Brayden Mann and Andy Brennan both scoring hat-tricks.
Mann, who transferred to South from Devonport, completed his hat-trick in the first half with goals in the 14th, 29th and 43rd minute. Brennan needed to wait until the second half with goals in the 17th, 40th and 56th minute.
Nick Morton chipped in with a brace in the 22nd and 64th minute before Knights got a consolation from the penalty spot five minutes from time.
Olympia took a 4-0 lead into the break against Kingsborough Lions and ran out 6-2 winners.
