Treasury spokesman Peter Gutwein announced that the money would go towards building public infrastructure that would be necessary for the Craggy Ridge eco-tourism development.
Mr Gutwein said it would create 1000 new jobs for Tasmanians - 600 during construction and 400 once the project was complete.
The party's investment would assist with upgrading public access roads and re-routing transmission lines.
Craggy Ridge is a $103-million eco-tourism resort that spans more than 50 hectares and includes accommodation, a wildlife sanctuary, an air walk, a whiskey distillery and more.
