Jury finds men not guilty of trafficking

Two men accused of trafficking up to $50000 of methylamphetamine in Launceston in 2011 have been found not guilty.

It took about 2.5 hours for the jury to clear Scott Wayne Evenett of Ulverstone and Clint Graeme Stanisz, of Launceston, in the Supreme Court in Launceston today.

The men were charged with trafficking after Launceston detectives found more than four ounces of meth in Mr Stanisz house in Kings Meadows.

The jury also found the men not guilty of possession
