Daniel Peter Chatwin, 26, of Somerset,  died when his red four-wheel-drive Toyota Hilux collided with an embankment after it failed to negotiate a right-hand curve. 

Police say that Mr Chatwin was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.

Investigations into the crash are on-going and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
