Two new art galleries have opened in the town, adding to its reputation as a centre for artists and craftspeople.
The River and Willow Artspace in Story Street is run by River and Willow Meadows, who specialise in a variety of media including painting, photography, fabrics, woodwork, jewellery and weaving.
The couple's work is on display and available for sale at the gallery.
New Zealand pair Heather and Steve Lye have started Madd=Mudd Studio and Art Gallery in Main Street, which feature works that range from stained glass to jewellery items made from recycled silver cutlery.
Madd=Mudd also boasts work from Jeremy Lye and St Marys photographer Glyn Johnson.
Both galleries plan to run workshops this year.
