The crash, on Stony Rise Road, at the junction of Middle Road, occurred after 3pm.
No life-threatening injuries have been reported.
Police believe driver inattention led to the crash and wish to remind road users to remain alert, particularly near recreational areas and during school holidays when more children are out in the streets.
