The log truck the man was driving crashed and rolled on Main Street, south of Kermode Street, after 2pm today. 

Duty Sergeant Nick Cooper said the extent of the driver's injuries was unknown, but he would be flown to hospital.

AN ACCIDENTAL house fire at Karoola on Monday? caused about $30,000 damage.

The blaze, in Bangor Road, was reported about 10.30pm.

Fire investigators examined the scene on Tuesday morning and determined the cause was accidental.

A Tasmania Fire Service spokeswoman said part of the building was affected.
