HOBART Hurricanes coach Damien Wright would love to see Aurora Stadium engulfed in a sea of purple, just as Bellerive Oval has been over the past two summers.

Wright said he would like to see the team take advantage of Aurora's new drop-in wicket if the competition expands further.
"In time, I certainly think we can play a part up there, it's just a matter of fitting it into schedules," Wright said.
"Hobart is Tasmania's team and we want to portray that.
"In the future I'm sure that something can be done [about playing in Launceston], but that is up to someone higher up the food chain than me."
Aurora's drop-in-wicket has been used for the four- week Aussie 15s competition, and on January 30 it will host the Ricky Ponting Tribute Game.
