The parade started at Civic Square and moved south along St John Street and east along Brisbane street to Launceston's City Park.
Launceston graduation ceremonies were held in the Albert Hall at 11am and 2.30pm and the last will be held at 5.30pm.
Deputy Chancellor Harvey Gibson wished all graduates good luck.
``The world is there for you to transform,'' he said.
