MORE than 3500 students are graduating across the state today.
The day commended with the annual Town and Gown parade, which saw graduates of Australian Maritime College's science, engineering and technology faculties and the University of Tasmanian's arts, education, business and health science faculties paraded through Launceston.
The parade started at Civic Square and moved south along St John Street and east along Brisbane street to Launceston's City Park.
Launceston graduation ceremonies were held in the Albert Hall at 11am and 2.30pm and the last will be held at 5.30pm.
Deputy Chancellor Harvey Gibson wished all graduates good luck.
``The world is there for you to transform,'' he said.
