Bowen put in a man of the match performance, grabbing the excellent figures of 5-14 from his three overs to help restrict the Jets to 9-111, off their 15 overs.
Rigby then starred with the bat in the Legends' innings, smashing 38 not out off just 11 deliveries, including a big straight drive for four into the bonus scoring zone to earn his side double runs followed by a big six over mid-wicket.
Rigby had good support from Jeremy Smith who hit 27 not out, including three fours and a a big six over deep midwicket, taking 18 runs off one Dean Slater over.
Opener Tom Bennett made a quick-fire 17 off 12 balls with three fours, and Alastair Taylor scored 15 as the Legends easily chased down the Jets' total to finish at 4-112, with three overs to spare.
Kyle Bowie was the best of the Jets bowlers, taking 2-19 off two overs.
Earlier the George Town-aligned Jets made a good start to their innings being 4-77 at the halfway mark.
But they lost a succession of quick wickets to halt their progress as they found runs hard to find late in the innings.
Callum Morse top-scored on 17 off his 15 balls including two boundaries. Marshall Pooley made 12 and Zak Barber 11, with Brenton Gale making a nice late innings cameo of 16 off 12.
There were six fours but no sixes in the Jets' innings. The Legends hit six fours and three sixes.
It was their first win after losing to the Mowbray-aligned Star Bar Slashers last week.
