LAUNCESTON police are investigating a structure fire on Invermay Road last night after investigators determined this morning that the blaze had been deliberately lit.
Tasmania Fire Service firefighters were called to the Invermay fire at 11.50pm last night.
The blaze was in the front room of a conjoined shop and residence.
Firefighters removed roofing iron to fight the blaze.
The property was unoccupied at the time.
Damage was estimated to be between $60,000 to $80,000.
