TWO brothers have made their first appearance in the Launceston Supreme Court for allegedly shooting a man at Rocherlea in May.
Hillwood's Robert Craig Williams, 29, and Stephen James Williams, 31, have pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm to Damien Marshall by shooting him in the leg.
The duo have also pleaded not guilty to striking Sean Richardson in the head with a shotgun.
The men appeared in court yesterday via video-link.
Defence counsel Adrian Hall told the court that he would be making an application for a pre-trial hearing at the next appearance.
The matter was adjourned until October 31.
