TWELVE Northern Tasmanian tourism businesses have been named as finalists for the State Tourism Awards, which will be handed out next month.
Barnbougle Dunes and Barnbougle Lost Farm and Boags Centre for Beer Lovers are finalists in the major tourist attraction category, with Boags Centre for Beer Lovers and Seahorse World finalists in the tourist attraction category.
Visitor Information and Services finalists include Great Western Tiers Visitor Centre and Launceston Visitor Information Centre, with Tamar Triple Pass a finalist in the destination marketing category.
Boags Centre for Beer Lovers and Boags Centre for Beer Lovers were honoured again by being named finalists in the tourism wineries, distilleries and breweries category, with Forest Walks Lodge- Eco Lodge a finalist in the hosted accommodation category.
The awards will be handed out in Hobart on Friday, November 8.
