Police holds concerns for the safety of a Smithton man, who they believe was in the north of the state earlier this week.
David Leon Willoughby, 51, was last seen at his residence on Tuesday morning.
Police say that Mr Willoughby may have been in the Evandale area on Tuesday evening.
He is described as being 186cm tall, of slim build, mousy short hair, and brown
eyes with a fair complexion.
Mr Willoughby is thought to be wearing blue jeans, checked blue fleecy shirt and a dark coloured blazer.
He was driving a 2012 blue Holden Barina sedan, registration C08WB.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Mr Willoughby is asked to contact Tasmania Police urgently on 131 444.
