The state government, NRM and community have carried out site upgrades that include toilet facilities.
Environment, Parks and Heritage Minister Brian Wightman said the sites were currently free, but would likely attract fees.
Mr Wightman said that in making the decision, he was conscious of those who had camped at the sites for many years.
"We have invested close to a million dollars on upgrading toilets and other facilities at campsites both here and across the region," he said.
"The introduction of camping fees is an important way to help maintain the quality and consistency of camping sites, so visitors to parks and reserves know what to expect at a paid, as compared to a free site."
