A 10-goal second quarter with the breeze saw Rocherlea dominate the contest after quarter-time, and it was never threatened in the 21.7 (133) to 11.12 (78) victory.
Luke Richards and Ethan Brown kicked four goals each to be the best goalkickers and among the suburban Tigers' best players.
Josh Holton battled multiple opponents to finish with three, and brought up his century for the year, with Brenton Gale and Daniel Maynard kicking two each.
''We started a bit slow but to Bridgenorth's credit they had a reasonable breeze in the first quarter and got away from us a bit with three quick goals,'' Rocherlea coach Andrew Philpott said.
''We had to shuffle the decks a bit and moved Praciak off Murfett and put Ponting on to him and he did the job and closed him down for the rest of that quarter.
''We got back to within a goal at quarter-time and to do that against the breeze I was reasonably happy.
''Then we've come out and kicked 10 goals to two or three, which really set the game up.
''Luke Richards pushed forward and kicked three for the quarter and showed the way. To go in at half-time with a good lead knowing they had the wind in the third quarter - I was really happy.
''We held them up in the third quarter for long periods, really snuffed the chance for them to come back in the game, and we finished off strong in the final quarter.''
Philpott praised the even contribution he got across the board from his side, after being rusty in the first 10 minutes of the game.
''We really settled and stuck to our structures and put pressure on Bridgenorth at the stoppages and worked them over,'' he said.
''They gave a contest every time when there was one to be won and that got rewards on the scoreboard when we went forward.''
He listed Josh Ponting as one of their best players for his job on Josh Murfett, Richards and Brown for their efforts in hitting the scoreboard and the likes of Scott Towns and Zac Illes for their work in and under when the hard ball was there to be won.
Murfett, Jacob Bonney and Leigh Blackwell all kicked two each for the Parrots, with Brennan Cresswell, Daniel Sellers, Darren Long and Joel Clements among their best players.
Bridgenorth will meet the winner of today's elimination final between Hillwood and George Town in next week's preliminary final.
